摘　　要：目的了解本院分离葡萄球菌属细菌的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对从本院2005～2007年3年临床各类标本中检出的1185株葡萄球菌属细菌的耐药情况进行统计分析。结果989株为甲氧西林耐药株,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MR-SA)142株,耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)847株,未检出对万古霉素耐药株。甲氧西林耐药株与非甲氧西林耐药株两者均存在不同程度的多重耐药现象,但甲氧西林耐药株的耐药性高于非甲氧西林耐药株。结论甲氧西林耐药株的检出率高,且呈多重耐药,应引起临床的高度重视。Objective To investigate the situation of drug resistance of Staphylococci strains isolated in the third affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, so as to provide reference for the clinical rational medication usage. Methods A total of 1185 strains of Staphylococci were obtained from clinical samples submitted for routine microbiological analysis during the period from January 2005 to December 2007. Then those isolates were tested. Results A total of 989 isolates were methicilin resistant, among which 142 were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus （ MRSA）, 847 were methicillin resistant coagulase-negative Staphylococci （MRCNS）, vancomyein-resistant strains had not been detected. Both MRSA and non-MRSA isolates demonstrate multiple-drug resistance to different degree, and the drug resistant rate of the former was higher than that of the later. Conclusion The isolating rate of multiple-drug resistant methicilin-resistant Staphylococci is high, and much attention should be paid on it.
