摘　　要：目的:探讨六西格玛方法在降低病区药物医嘱执行过程缺陷发生中的应用效果。方法:运用六西格玛管理方法中的定义、测量、分析、改进、控制5个步骤,对骨科病区药物医嘱执行过程缺陷现象进行分析,找出关键原因,改进用药执行流程,制定各类标准和制度,加大监控力度,减少差错的发生。结果:骨科病区药物医嘱执行过程缺陷发生率从14.05%降低4.16%。结论:运用六西格玛方法在临床用药过程中的易出问题的各个环节进行管理,改善工作流程,从而减少了用药过程差错,提高工作效率,减少缺陷。Objectives：To explore the effectiveness of six sigma tools on decreasing faults during medical order implementation in wards.Methods：The conception, measurement methods, analysis, improvement and controlling of six sigma management methods was used to analyze the problems and their causes during medical order implementation in orthopedic wards.Drug use process was improved, standards and institutions were designed and monitoring was strengthened to decrease faults.Results：Faults rate was decreased from 14.05% to 4.16% after implementing six sigma tools in orthopedic wards. Conclusions： Six sigma tools can monitor all process easy to go wrong during medical order implantation. It can improve medical process, decrease faults and promote efficiency.
