摘　　要：提高医院卫生经济管理水平,保障医院在新形势下的经营和发展,建立三甲医院的总会计师制度,是国家政策、法律的要求。本文介绍重庆市第九人民医院建立医院总会计师制度,深化医院财务经济管理的经验和成效,并对卫生系统财务管理制度提出建议。Improving hospital health economic management, assuring hospital operation and development under new environment and building general accounting system are the demands of law and policy.Experiences of building hospital general accounting system, strengthening hospital economic and financial management in Chongqing the 9th People s Hospital are introduced.Recommendations on health financial management system are mentioned.
