摘  要:通过人为水涝胁迫以随机区组设计的方式研究了毛豹皮樟4个品种幼苗的生理特征的变化。结果表明:品种对于SOD活性及其MDA含量有显著性影响,对于叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量则无显著性影响;水涝胁迫对SOD活性和叶绿素含量有显著性影响,但对其他几个指标则无显著性影响;水涝胁迫过程中MDA呈上升趋势,Chl.(a+b)呈"升-降"趋势,SOD活性总体呈下降趋势,可溶性糖含量基本上无明显变化,可溶性蛋白总体呈下降趋势;这5个指标中只有SOD是品种和水涝胁迫均对其有显著性影响的指标,因此它是毛豹皮樟耐涝性测定的最好指标。对指标进行主成分分析综合评判得出,4个品种耐涝性强弱为8号>6号>12号>38号;SOD与毛豹皮樟抗涝性有极强的相关性。To understand the physiological response on flooding stress , seedlings of four varieties of Litsea coreana var. lanuginosa were selected with man-made flooding stress and randomized block design. Leaves were collected randomly every seven day to measure contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar, soluble protein, Chl. a and Chl. b, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD). The results showed that the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar did not significantly change with varieties and flooding stress, the activity of SOD significantly decreased, MDA content increased in each treatment period, the content of Cbl. (a+ b) increased firstly and then decreased. MDA, Chl. (a+b) and SOD are good indices for measuring the water logging tolerance of L. coreana var. lanuginosa, especially SOD, which has close rel- ativity with water logging-resistance (Rz =0. 995 6 ). The tolerance to water logging of different varieties was8#〉6#〉 12#〉 38#.
