摘 要:低瓦斯矿井由于疏于对瓦斯方面的安全管理,导致最近几年连续几起特重大瓦斯事故的发生。以系统安全分析的思想,从人、机、环境、管理等方面分析了低瓦斯矿井发生瓦斯爆炸的各种原因,根据培训、管理、装备并重的原则,提出了针对性解决措施及控制瓦斯爆炸的趋势,使得低瓦斯矿井各级主管部门及工作人员提高警惕,加强瓦斯管理,以防止更大的事故的发生。As a result of the neglect on the security management in gas aspects of low - gas coal mine, in the recent years, several serious major gas accidents have occurred in the low - gas coal mine. With the idea of security system, from the view of people, machines, environment, management, a variety of reasons for gas explosion in low-gas coal mine were analyzed. According to the principles of accordance with training, management and equipment, the specifie measures and the trend of controlling gas explosion were pointed out, effectively alerting the competent authorities at all levels and staff in the low - gas coal mine to strengthen the gas management, controlling greater accidents.
