加强健康教育,提高病人满意度

摘　　要：健康教育是护理工作的重要组成部分,对住院病人实施合理有效的健康教育是当今社会发展的必然需要。根据眼科病人的专科特点,护理人员选择病人容易接受的健康教育内容及方法,实施有计划、有目的的教育过程,使病人掌握了相关疾病的预防保健知识,改善了生活自理能力,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。Health care education is an important component of the rational and effective implementation of in-patients of the health education and social development of today＇s required. Specialist in accordance with the characteristics of ophthalmic patients, nursing staff of patients to choose to accept the health education content and methods, the implementation of planned and purposeful education process so that patients have disease prevention and health-related knowledge, improved self-care capacity, patients improved of care and satisfaction.
