摘　　要：气象条件是影响农业生产的最主要的环境因子。长期以来,我国气象部门一直把为农业服务作为气象工作的重中之重来抓,为农村防灾减灾、粮食增产、农民增收、农业增效发挥了重要作用。但是,随着社会主义新农村建设的不断推进,气象为"三农"服务工作逐渐显示出一些问题,如:气象服务如何适应农业增长、农民增收和农村稳定的新要求?如何提高农用天气预报的水平?如何将气象信息迅速传递给农民朋友等?本文将对我国气象为"三农"服务的现状和存在问题进行分析,针对存在的问题提出解决的对策。Meteorological conditions are the main environmental factors to affect agriculture. For a long period, Chinese meteorological departments nave paid more attention to serve agriculture and have played important parts in mitigating rural disasters and increasing farmer＇ s income ＆ agricultural benefits. However, with the advancement of building new socialistic countryside, some problems emerged in the meteorological service. Such as how to meet new demands of the rapid agricultural development, how to heighten the level of weather forecast for agriculture and how to transfer weather information to farmers quickly. In this paper, the actuauity and problems of meteorological service for agriculture in China are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
