摘  要:针对传统微机防误闭锁操作规程繁琐和实时性差的缺点,提出一种应用ZigBee无线传感器网络的新型防误闭锁系统方案。首先介绍ZigBee协议和网络结构,分析Zig-Bee技术用于防误闭锁系统的优势,然后选用Jennic公司JN5139-Z01-M02 ZigBee模块进行防误闭锁系统的通信网络设计,主要包括End-Device节点的硬件结构,Zigbee网络的组建方法和用于防误闭锁系统的工作流程。测试结果表明该系统具备防误闭锁功能和所监测设备状态实时更新的功能,具有一定的可靠性和实时性。According to the complex manipulative rules and bad real-time performance of the traditional computer-based maloperation-proof system,a new project based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is suggested.The ZigBee protocol and the network architecture are introduced,and advantages of the maloperation-proof system using ZigBee technology are analysed.The communication network is designed with JN5139-Z01-M02 ZigBee module produced by Jennic Company.The design contains hardware of End-Device node,construction of ZigBee network,and workflow for maloperation-proof looking system.This system can realtimely update the state of supervisory equipments.Test results show that this system meets the requirements of reliability and real-time performance.
