双重二元经济结构下我国农业保险模式的选择

摘　　要：农业保险模式本质上是一种制度安排。本文以制度经济学中的产权理论和交易成本理论为基础,依据政府参与农业保险的程度,逻辑地划分了五种典型农业保险模式;在此基础上分析了双重二元经济结构下这五种典型模式的交易成本,最后结合国情就如何选择适当的农业保险模式提出了相关的政策建议。Agricultural insurance model is essentially a sort of institutional arrangement. Based on the theory of property rights and transaction cost of institutional economics,this paper logically summarizes five typical agricultural insurance model in terms of various degree of government intervention. On the basis of this,it analyzes the transaction costs of these five typical agricultural insurance models under double dual economic structure. At last it proposes some policy suggestions on how to choose the optimum agricultural insurance model which is the most appropriate for the situation of China.
