培养基不同制造工艺对细菌培养效果的影响

摘  要:用传统工艺和改进工艺制备培养基,进行大肠杆菌的培养,比较不同制备工艺对细菌培养效果。结果:在其他培养条件相同情况下,用传统工艺制备培养基培养三批大肠杆菌,其活菌数分别是4.6×105、5.2×105、3.9×105;平均4.57×105。用改进工艺制备培养基培养三批大肠杆菌,其活菌数分别是8.2×105、8.6×105、8.0×105;平均8.27×105。后者比前者增加活菌数3.7×105。3 teams E.Colis were cultivatde by different manufacture technique to compare the bacteria culture effect of traditional culture medium and improvde culture medium.The result shows that the live number of traditional teams were 4.6×10^5,5.2×10^5,3.9×10^5,(mean number was 4.57×10^5),and the live number of improvde teams were 8.2×10^5,8.6×10^5,8.0×10^5,(mean number was 8.27×10^5).The improved culture medium is much better than traditional.
