摘 要:为了解紫外线照射对鹌鹑产蛋性能的影响,将66只40日龄的蛋鹌鹑随机分成3组,每组22只,以功率为15 W的中波紫外灯为紫外线光源,试验I组和II组每天分别给予2 h(2.8μW.h/cm2)和4 h(5.6μW.h/cm2)的连续紫外线照射,对照组不进行紫外线照射,试验期为11周。对各组鹌鹑部分产蛋性能指标的分析结果表明:试验I组和II组的日产蛋数分别较对照组增加9.38%和8.80%(P<0.01),日产蛋率分别提高5.85和5.49个百分点(P<0.01),日产蛋量分别提高18.94%(P<0.05)和9.28%(P>0.05);但各组鹌鹑在料蛋比、平均蛋重、长径长、短径长和蛋壳厚度等指标上则未呈现显著差异(P>0.05)。In order to determine the effects of ultraviolet radiation on the egg - laying performances of quail, 66 forty - day aged laying quails were randomly divided into 3 groups, in which 2 experiment groups and 1 control group, each group included 22 birds. The ultraviolet radiation sources were from 15W ultraviolet B radiation (UV -B) lights. The experiment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ receipted 2 h and 4 h continuous irradiation each day, which the irradiation dose was 2.8 μW·h/cm^2 and 5.6 μW·h/cm^2 respectively, and the control group was not irradiated by ultraviolet radiation. The trial kept 11 weeks. The main egg - laying performances of quails in different treatments were analyzed. Compared with control group, the day egg number, day laying rate and egg mass of group Ⅰ increase by 9.38% (P〈0. 01), 5.85 percentage points (P〈0.01) and 18.94% (P〈0.05) ; and those of group Ⅱ increase by 8.80% (P〈0. 01 ), 5.49 percentage points ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 9.28% ( P 〉 0.05 ) respectively. However, there were no significant differences on feed conversion rate, average egg size, long and short length of egg and shell thickness between different groups ( P 〉 0.05).
