摘　　要：干细胞独特的生物学特征和广阔的应用前景,越来越受到科研工作者的青睐。组织工程学是利用体外培养的方法将某些具有干细胞特性的细胞诱导分化为目的组织或器官以供临床所需。本文从MSC分离培养、鉴定及生长动力学特性来阐述骨髓间充质干细胞,并以肾损伤为例,介绍间充质干细胞所起的作用。Unique biology of stem cell characteristics and an attractive prospect, more favored by the research workers. Tissue engineering is the use of in vitro cultivation of some characteristics of stem cells with induced differentiation of ceils in tissues or organs for the purpose of the clinical requirements for.
