板坯连铸机设计初期阶段的总体技术措施

摘　　要：为提高板坯连铸机的生产率,保证生产钢种和铸坯质量,提高板坯收得率,板坯连铸机设计初期阶段应采取相应的总体技术措施。从提高铸坯内部质量、提高铸坯表面质量、提高铸造速度、提高连铸机作业率、进行热装热送、直接轧制等方面进行研究,从而总结了板坯连铸机设计初期阶段的主要技术措施。The total technical measures should be adopted in the primary stage of design for improving productivity of Continuous Casting Machine,increaing yielding rate of slab and ensuring production of steel and quality of casting slab. It do some work on improvement of the internal and external quality of casting slab,and make studies on improvement of caster operation rate. Forthmore,hot transportation and hot charging and direct rolling are also reseached. From above metioned reseach,the key technical measures in the primary stage of design are obtained.
