摘 要:针对电子器件对散热系统小型化的要求,提出一种平板式微小型毛细泵环(CPL)蒸发器结构,该蒸发器由沸腾腔和吸液腔两个腔室组成,沸腾腔内利用纵横犁削挤压成型出微结构作为沸腾强化点,吸液腔内布满多孔材料作为毛细芯。通过实验发现:该CPL对变功率工况有很好的适应性;采用适当小功率启动可以避免加热器件温度骤升;小功率下以酒精作为工质的CPL具有较小热阻,而水更适用大功率器件的散热;采用低导热系数材料烧结而成的毛细芯将具有稳定CPL系统的作用。Based on the requirement of miniaturizing the cooling system with the electronic component,a micro flat Capillary Pumped Loop(CPL)evaporator was presented. The evaporator includes boiling cavity and suction fluid cavity. Micro structures strengthening boil were formed by cross plough-extrusion in boiling cavity. Porosint as wick bestrew the suction fluid cavity. Experiments indicate that this CPL can adjust to the variable power,startup by properly low power can avoid the temperatures of component heated suddenly rise ,CPL had less heat resistance when alcohol was the working liquid in condition of low power and it would be more effective in elimination of heat using water as working liquid in condition of high power,the sintered wick having low coefficient of heat conductivity can stabilize the CPL system.
