日本老年护理见闻及对我国老年护理发展的思考

摘　　要：日本老年护理法律保障体系完备。在护理理念上更加注重支持老年人自立;在护理实践中精心设计,把自理训练融入一切护理活动中;在护理过程中强调环境和氛围对人的影响。在我国的护理教育中可尝试增加老年介护教育内容;在临床护理中改变理念,支持老年病人最大限度实现生活自理。In Japan, the system of legal guarantee for the nursing for the elderly is complete. In terms of the philosophy, greater emphasis is laid on encouraging the senior＇s independence; self-caring is integrated into all the nursing services through elaborate designing; and in the nursing process, importance is attached to the influence of environment and atmosphere on humans. And in China, intervention nursing for the elderly could be added to the nursing education on a trial basis; and the philosophy should be refreshed in the nursing practice so that the maximum self-caring can be achieved by the elderly.
