摘　　要：邓小平发展观既是邓小平理论十分重要的组成部分,也是邓小平理论中极富特色的部分。它是在和平与发展成为当今世界主题的大背景下形成和发展起来的,具有鲜明的时代性特征;它诞生于人口众多、经济文化落后的东方大国——中国,回答和解决了中国社会主义如何建设和发展的问题,具有鲜明的民族性特征;它涉及了经济、政治、文化等领域的发展问题,具有鲜明的全面性特征;它文风朴实,通俗易懂,具有鲜明的通俗性特征;它遵循马克思主义的群众观,具有鲜明的群众性特征。As one quite important component,outlook of development is the most characteristic part of Deng Xiaoping s theory.It has a distinctive characteristic of times,for it comes into being and develops under the background that peace and development has become the world theme.It has a national feature,for it was born in China,a big oriental country with large population,and backward economy and culture,which answers as well as solves the problems on how to construct and develop Chinese socialism.It has a comprehensive feature, for it includes development of economy, politics, culture and other fields. It has a popular feature, for it is simple and plain in style and easy to understand. It has a mass featurel for it follows the mass viewpoint of Marxism.
