摘 要:采用液相喷雾造粒法将准微米Al2O3,TiO2,纳米ZrO2颗粒团聚成微米粉体,并用等离子喷涂技术制备了含纳米颗粒的Al2O3-TiO2-ZrO2陶瓷涂层。在MM200型环块磨损试验机上进行了常温干摩擦试验,比较了含有纳米颗粒的Al2O3-TiO2-ZrO2涂层和传统Al2O3-TiO2陶瓷涂层的耐磨损性能,并用扫描电镜观察磨损后的磨痕形貌。结果表明,含有纳米颗粒的涂层耐磨损性能明显优于传统的陶瓷涂层。Quasi-micro-sized particulates of Al2O3and TiO2, together with nano-sized particulates of ZrO2 were ag-gregated into micro-sized powders by using liquid-phase sprayingand granulating. The granulated particulates were then plasmasprayed to fabricate Al2O3-TiO2-ZrO2 ceramic coating containingnano-sized particulates. The wear resistance of the resulting plas-ma sprayed ceramic coating was evaluated and compared with thatof conventional Al2O3-TiO2 coating using an MM-200 friction andwear tester. And the worn surfaces of the ceramic coatings wereobserved using a scanning electron microscope. Results show thatthe plasma sprayed Al2O3-TiO2-ZrO2 coating has much betterwear resistance than conventional Al2O3-TiO2 coating.
