摘　　要：探针式智能温度控制仪以热敏电阻作为温度传感器,以耐高温防腐蚀的材料做外壳,能够自由伸缩50 cm。以两端通入1 mA恒流源的热敏电阻作为温度传感器,单片机将采得的电压信号值经过模拟放大、A/D转换器转换,LED数码管显示温度值。该温度控制仪通过串口将采样值通过高级语言显示在计算机窗口,方便直观显示存储温度值。Smart probe temperature controller takes the thermistor as a temperature sensor with high temperature corrosion resistant materials,which is able to extend 50cm.Single-chip will collect the values of voltage,which is dealt with analog signal amplification and A/D conversion,and displays the temperature values on the LED digital tube.The values of voltage is caused by thermistor with lmA constant current as a temperature sensor.The serial port of single-chip can also sample values and show the users through high-level language, which show the data in the window of the computer.It is easy for smart probe temperature controller to display the value of temperature and store them.
