摘　　要：目的研究D-氨基葡糖盐酸盐(GAH)对小鼠淋巴细胞增生及IL-2产生的作用。方法用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测淋巴细胞增生,碘化丙锭(PI)检测淋巴细胞周期,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定细胞内IL-2的含量。结果在200～50μg/mL浓度范围内,GAH能促进小鼠淋巴细胞增生,并可诱导淋巴细胞分泌IL-2。结论GAH能有效的促进淋巴细胞增生,促进分泌IL-2,具有免疫作用。Objective To study the effects of D-glucosamine hydrochloride （GAH） on lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 in mice. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of lymphocyte with propidium iodide（PI） to determine the cell cycle. ELISA was used to determine the content of IL-2. Results GAH ccould promote the proliferation of lymphocyte and the secretion of IL-2 from lymphocyte of mice in the concentration range of 200-50 μg/mL. Conclusion GAH can increase proliferation of lymphocyte significantly and also encourage the secretion of IL-2, so GAH possesses immunifaction.
