益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床疗效。方法随机将110例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为2组,治疗组56例口服益肝丸,一日2次,对照组54例口服云芝肝泰颗粒,一日3次,两组疗程均10d,服用3个疗程。比较治疗前后患者症状和体征改善情况,检查乙肝五项指标。结果治疗组在总有效率、症状、体征改善以及乙肝五项指标改善方面均优于对照组。结论益肝丸治疗慢性乙肝值得进一步研究推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yigan Pills on chronic hepatitis B （CHB） . Methods 110 cases with CHB were randomly divided into two groups. The therapeutic group（56 case） was treated with Yigan Pills twice a day and the control group（54 case） was treated with Yunzhi Gantai Pills three times a day. Ten days were a course of treatment, totally three courses for both groups. The improvement of symptoms and signs was observed before and after the treatment, and the indicators of hepatitis B （HBsAg, Anti-HBs, HBeAg, Anti-HBe and Anti- HBc） were detected. Results After the treatment for three courses, the therapeutic effects of the therapeutic group were evidently prior to the control group in the total effective rate and improvement of clinical signs, symptoms and indicators of hepatitis B. Conclusion The efficacy of Yigan Pills is superior to Yunzhi Gantai Pills in the treatment of CHB and it deserves further study and promotion.
