摘  要:从塑料工业用防老剂和其它助剂中筛选三种电压稳定剂,研究了它们的作用机理和适用范围.控作用机理将所选电压稳定剂分为自由基清除剂和弱电解质两类.前者可抑制均匀场下的电老化和非均匀场下的电树枝化,但难以用于交联聚乙烯,而后者只能抑制电树枝化.In this paper, three kinds of voltage Stabilizers are chosen out from additives used in plastics industry and the mechanisms and application ranges of these stabilizers are investigatedby experiments, lt is shawn ty test results that they can be classify into two types according to theiraction mechanisms: one is bo radical capturer, which can inhibit electrical treeing in non-uniform field and electrical aging in uniform field, but it has almost no effect in cross-linked polyethylene; the other is weak electrolyte, which can only inhibit electrical treeing both in polyethylene and cross-linkingpolyethylene.
