真空熔炼(Tb、Dy)Fe金属间化合物的研究

摘  要:研究了采用真空电弧炉在配制熔炼(Tb、Dy)Fe金属间化合物过程中各种元素成分的变化。结果表明,在真空度约为1.33Pa下,经一定温度、时间熔炼后,(Tb、Dy)Fe中元素的成分由开始配制的组成—TbFe1.75和DyFe1.70,经12min熔炼后约为TbFe1.758和DyFe1.730;经24min熔炼后约为TbFe1.765和DyFe1.756。元素的挥发损失Dy>Tb>Fe。这和各元素的熔点、蒸气压等物理化学性质有关。Variation of composite element was studied by melting inter metallic compound of (Tb、Dy)Fe by vacuum are melting. The results indicated that the composite element ingredient was changed after melting at a cerfain temperature and for a period of time and in degree of vacuum of 1.33Pa. The compositions of TbFe 1.75 and DyFe 1.70 have been changed to TbFe 1.758 and DyFe 1.730 after melting for 12 minutes, and changed to TbFe 1.765 and DyFe 1.756 after melting for 24 minutes, respectively. The sequence of volatilization loss at wt% is Dy>Tb>Fe, this phenomena is related to physical and chemical properties of the element, for example, melting point and vapor pressure etc.
