铝合金等离子弧焊穿孔熔池正面图象检测与处理

摘　　要：研制了一套窄带复合滤光图象传感系统，从铝合金等离子弧焊焊接工件正面检测到部分小孔溶池的清晰图象。采用Ｇａｕｓ滤波，Ｐｒｅｗｉｔ边缘检测和图象错位边缘检测等方法准确提取出可视小孔熔池的小孔宽度和面积等几何信息。A narrow-band composite filtering system is developed to acquire clear image of keyhole puddle in plasma arc welding of aluminum alloy. The geometric size of visible keyhole, such as keyhole width and keyhole area are detected with Gauss fillter, Prewitt edge detecting and image offsetting edge detecting.
