摘　　要：文章探讨了医院建筑设计与施工中常见的5大问题,内容包括设计理念、不同设计单位的优势整合、合同中常见易引起歧义的文字表述、对投标文件编制说明的审阅以及医技科室的供暖与制冷问题,这些问题既应该引起政府有关部门及建设决策者的思考,也应该使基层的设计人员和业主对这些问题有更深的认识。The article discusses some common problems in building design and Construction of hospital,including design idea, advantage integrated of different design departments, words express easily cause ambiguity in the contracts, go over form description of bid documents and the heating and cooling problems of medical and technology departments,these problems guide both thoughts of government and building of policy-makers and they make basic revel building design and owners learn further the problems of the hospital building design and construction.
