摘　　要：以河北省2001-2007年农业科技投入为样本,对河北省农业科技人力资源投入及财力资源投入结构情况进行了分析,并以河南、山东2省农业科技投入为对照,揭示河北省农业科技投入存在的问题,并提出加强河北省农业科技投入的对策措施。Based on the agro-scientific-technological input in Hebei Province from 2001 to 2007,compared with that in Henan and Shandong,the human resources and financial resources inputs of that in Hebei Province are analyzed,the problems are revealed,and the countermeasures are put forward.
