摘 要:为明确印染前处理工艺对织物抗紫外线功能的影响,以不同抗紫外线功能涤纶长丝织物坯布为原料,经精练—碱减量—定型前处理工艺加工制备试样。通过实验测试,分析织物减量率和抗紫外线效果随印染前处理工艺条件变化的特点,并对不同减量率下织物的抗紫外线性能、透气性、断裂强力、弯曲刚度、厚度和耐磨性等进行分析。结果表明:随着NaOH质量浓度、处理温度和处理浴比的增加,处理时间的延长,抗紫外线效果变弱,织物经向弯曲刚度和厚度减小,透气量增加,织物变得手感柔软,光泽柔和,舒适性改善,但是,经向断裂强力逐渐减小,耐磨性变差;为了获得较佳抗紫外线效果和织物风格,减量率应控制在15%~20%。For understanding the influence of pretreatment on UV resistant property of fabrics, polyester filament grey fabrics with different ultraviolet protection factors ( UPFs), after going through scouring/alkali deweighting/setting, were used as specimens. The influence of deweighting percentage on UPFs, permeability, breaking strength, bending rigidity, thickness and wearability of the treated fabrics was analyzed through experiment. The results indicated that with the increase of treatment temperature, mass concentration of NaOH, duration time and liquid ratio, UPF of the fabrics is decreased, warpwise bending rigidity, breaking strength, wearability and thickness are also decreased, but permeability, hand feeling, luster and comfortability are improved. The alkali deweighting percentage should be controlled at the range of 15% - 20 % in order to obtain a fabric with good UPF and style.
