摘 要:针对气动小样机织造速度慢、噪声大的问题,提出一种新型的五轴驱动全电织造小样机系统,其开口、引纬、打纬、送经和卷取运动分别由独立的电动机驱动,控制系统包括上位机和基于PLC控制的五轴联动系统。同时介绍了五轴联动系统的构成、工作原理、工作过程、电动机的控制方式以及硬件和软件设计思想。实际应用表明,所开发的小样机具有运行稳定、噪声小、织造速度高的特点,打样速度和织物的质量都得到明显提高,这种控制系统及其小样机具有实际应用价值。Aiming at solving such problems as low speed and big noise associated with the pneumatic sample weaving loom, this paper presents a new type of sample weaving machine with five-axis driving, whose movements of opening, weft insertion, beating, let-off and take-up are driven by independent motors. The control system includes PC and five-axis linkage system based on the PLC. The five-axis linkage system's structure, working principle, working process, motor control, as well as hardware and software design ideas are introduced. The application shows that the new type of electrical sample weaving machine has a lot of advantages such as stable operation, low noise and high-speed, and the quality of the produced cloth has been remarkably improved. This control system and machine have practical application value.
