大鼠宏观体征采集探讨证候的方法学评述

摘　　要：从三个方面探讨大鼠宏观体征采集的内容和方法。首先是从外观表征入手,通过研究者直接观察获得模型动物的四诊信息,如形体、活动、皮毛色泽、眼睛、尾部、爪甲、唇、二便等;其次通过借助仪器获得某方面的数值或图像等变化来反映动物宏观体征,如测定体温、心电图、电生理等;最后从方法学角度来评价大鼠宏观体征,具体分为定量方法和半定量方法。通过对宏观体征的观察采集,探索出一套利用动物模型自身的宏观体征来评定其证候属性的思路和方法。The content and methods of macroscopic physical signs collected from rats were discussed from three aspects, including the information obtained by TCM four diagnostic methods based on the characterization of the appearance such as body, activities, skin and fur, eyes, tail, paw, nail, lips, urine and stool; the changes of value and imagines obtained by using some instruments such as body temperature, electrocardiogram and electrophysiology reflecting the macroscopic physical signs; the evaluation of the macroscopic physical signs based on methodology including methods of quantification and semi-quantification. The train of thought and methods were found out to review the macroscopic physical signs of animal model through the observation and collection of these signs.
