摘　　要：九宫山自然保护区异地保存珍稀濒危植物有2种方法:株群混合栽培与模拟群落栽培。选取了16种珍稀濒危物种,经过10年观测分析,结果表明:模拟群落栽培方法比株群混合栽培方法更适合在自然保护区进行珍稀濒危植物异地保存,该方法为进一步研究最优群落结构以及物种的异地保存和恢复提供了基础。There are two methods,mixed cultivation and simulated cultivation,for ex-situ conservation of rare and endangered plants in Jiugong Mountain National Nature Reserve,Hubei Province.We chose 16 different endangered species to investigate which method would be more suitable for the growth of the plants.The results showed that the cultivation of simulated community is more suitable for ex-situ conservation of rare and endangered plants in Jiugong Mountain National Nature Reserve.The cultivation of simulated community by optimizing community structure might apply for artificial restoration of rare and endangered plants community.
