摘 要:为探究直齿三星轮装载机构的动力学性质,利用更新的拉格朗日法和ANSYS软件分别建立了直齿三星轮装载机构的力学和实体模型,通过谐响应分析获得了不同激振频率下星轮的等效应力云图及位移响应曲线。模态分析表明:激振频率f=1.8~2.4Hz时,该型直齿三星轮装载机构不发生共振,星轮转速n=36~48r/min时工作稳定。该研究进一步阐明了直齿三星轮装载机构的动力学行为,为其改进设计提供了理论依据。This paper is an effort to investigate dynamic natures of a three straight-tooth star-wheel loading mechanism by establishing a mechanical model and a solid model of the star-wheel loading mechanism by means of updated-Lagrange and ANSYS software. The paper offers equivalent stress clouds and displacement respond curves of the star-wheel at different excitation frequencies obtained through harmonic response analyses. Model analysis shows that when the excitation frequency f ranges between 1.8 and 2.4 Hz, the star-wheel loading mechanism is subjected to no resonance and when the rotation speed n is from 36 to 48 r/min, the star-wheel shows stable performance. The study defines the dynamic behavior of the loading mechanism, and lays a theoretical foundation for improving the design.
