社会支持对流动人口生殖健康知识水平影响的调查研究

摘　　要：目的：在了解流动人口生殖健康知识知晓现况的基础上，分析社会支持与流动人口生殖健康知识知晓水平的关系，以探索开展生殖健康教育和促进的切入点和途径。方法：在昆明市某区，采用多阶段抽样方法，抽取年龄18-49岁并在昆明居住3个月以上的流动人口，采用结构式问卷进行面对面调查，得到有效问卷1028份。建立有序多分类Logistic回归模型分析社会支持对生殖健康知识的影响。结果：流动人口流出时间长短、业余活动是否接触大众媒体和是否有知心朋友等社会支持要素对生殖健康知识综合得分有显著影响。结论：流动人口生殖健康教育和促进不能脱离流动人口的生活环境来开展，需要依靠政策和社区，创造支持性环境，促进流动人口与流人地居民的交流和融合，建立流动人口自助互助组织，引导流动人口自我教育和自我服务。Objective： To study the relationship between social support and the knowledge level of reproductive health on the basis of knowing the current status of awareness of reproductive health knowledge in floating population, and explore the point of contact and method of health education and promotion. Methods： Women in floating population aged 18-49 and who had been living in a district of Kunming for more than 3 months were recruited by multistage sampling. A face-to-face interview was conducted with a structured questionnaire. One thousand and twenty-eight validated questionnaires were recovered. The impact of social support on awareness of reproductive health knowledge was analyzed with polytomous logistic regression models. Results： Three factors related to social support influenced reproductive health knowledge in floating population, which were duration of living in the city, chance exposed to mass media in their leisure-time activities and existence of closed friends. Conclusion： Reproductive health education and promotion activities should not be separated from living environments of floating population. It is necessary to rely on the support from government and community, and promote the communication between floating population and local residents, and establish the organization for helping themselves and each other in floating population, and guide them to self-education and self-service.
