摘  要:目的:应用数字血管造影技术测量和观察中国育龄期妇女输卵管数据和形态,为女性输卵管绝育器的研制提供科学依据。方法:在数字血管造影机(DSA)的心脏模式下,应用高压注射器将40%的复方泛影葡胺通过双腔球囊硅胶管注入子宫输卵管(最大压力控制在200PSI以下),在W4.3工作站上进行图像保存和分析。结果:观察和测量了输卵管的全长、各段的长度,间质部、峡部的内径,输卵管内口的直径等造影数据。结论:输卵管双侧对比,全部数据均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。间质部远部为输卵管为最狭窄部位,与峡部内径之间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。Objective: To provide the scientific basis for developing the fallopian tube sterilization device by studying on the morphology of fallopian tube with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in women of repro-ductive age in China. Methods: Forty percent compound meglumine diatrizoate solution was injected into ute-rus and fallopian tubes through the self-designed dual-chamber balloon of silicone tube in the cardiac DSA mode. The images obtained were analyzed and measured by AW4.3 Basic software. There were no significant differences in the total length of fallopian tube and the length of different parts of the fallopian tube, the internal diameter of interstitial portion and isthmic portion, as well as the diameter of internal orifice of fallopian tube between the both sides of the fallopian tubes ( P all 〉 0.05 ). The distal area of intramural tubal was narrowest, and the diameter of which had significant difference with the internal diameter of isthmie portion (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The study on the morphology of fallopian tube is of great value in developing the fallopian tube sterilization device.
