摘 要:通过色谱分析确定了轻质油的各组分含量,通过精馏操作确定了各组分的切割温度,探讨了精馏塔板数对分离的影响,研究了富氧化环己烯馏分的分离方法和分离技术参数。采用常压精馏和减压精馏等分离技术得到了环己烷、环己酮、正戊醇及氧化环己烯4种产品,确定了己内酰胺副产轻质油的精馏分离流程。The main components of the light oil from byproducts in caprolactam production are introduced, the content of each component is determined through the chromatograph analysis. The cutting temperature of each component is determined by rectification. The influence of the plate number on its separation performance is investigated. The separation method for rich oxidized tetrahydrobenzene fraction and its technical parameters are studied. Through the experiment, the cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, amyl alcohol and oxidized tetrahydrobenzene are obtained by atmospheric distillation and vacuum rectification. The rectification separation flow for light oil from byproducts in caprolactam production is determined.
