摘　　要：我国票据贴现融资快速增长主要有三方面的原因:从银行的角度看,主要受银行流动性充足、票据贴现安全性高、期限短、流动性强等的影响;从贴现人的角度看,有票据贴现手续简便、贴现利率低、可以防止货款拖欠等方面的原因;从宏观的角度分析,则受我国有关票据贴现相关法律法规健全等方面的影响。Based on collection of data, the paper briefly overviews the rapid growth of discount note financing m China, and analyses the causes of its growth from three aspects. First, as far as banks are concerned, discount note financing is characterized by high security, short-term, highly liquid, etc; second, as far as note discounters are concerned, discount note financing is popular for simple procedures, low discounted interest rates and so on; Third, maeroscopically speaking, discount note financing is subject to relevant laws and regulations in China.
