人参茎叶提取物对过度训练大鼠肝组织氧化损伤的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:观察人参茎叶提取物对过度训练大鼠肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活力的影响。方法:将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分3组:(A)安静对照组;(B)运动组;(C)人参加运动组。6周递增负荷游泳后,测定其MDA含量、GPT活性及SOD活性。结果:过度训练后大鼠肝脏损伤明显,而人参茎叶提取物可显著地降低过度训练大鼠肝组织MDA含量和提高肝组织SOD活性以及抑制血清GPT活力的升高。结论:外源性补充人参茎叶提取物有助于增强肝脏防御自由基的能力,减轻肝组织中脂质的过氧化反应,提高肝脏的抗氧化能力,对肝脏起到一定的预防作用。Objective：To observe how ginseng stem and leaf extract irritates MDA content in rat＇s liver tissue, SOD activeness and serum GPT vigor, when the rat is under overloading train. Method： Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups： Control group; swimming group; swimming group with ginseng stem and leaf extracts. Results： Overtraining does a great damage to rat＇s liver tissue. And ginseng can reduce damage to rat＇s liver tissue MDA content and serum GPT vigor and decline of organizing SOD activation of liver remarkably. Conclusion： Ginseng stem and leaf attracts can strengthen liver ability to defend free radical to contribute to and lighten liver LPO reacting, and improve the anti-oxidant ability of the liver. Objective：Observed ginseng stem leaf extract irritate rat＇ s liver tissue MDA content, SOD activative and serum GPT vigor,is it understand ginseng stem leaf extract to overload train rat＇ s liver organize protective action that oxidation injury further to aim at. Method： wistar rats were divide randomly into 3 groups. （ 1 ） Control group; （2） swimming group; （ 3 ） swimming and irritate the stomach with ginseng stem leaf. Results： overtraining rat＇ s liver tissue damage by free radical, And ginseng can suppress excessive to trains rat＇s liver tissue MDA content and serum GPT vigor and decline of organizing SOD activation of liver remarkably. Conclusion： Ginseng stem leaf attractive can strengthen liver ability to defend free radical to contribute to,lighten liver LPO reacting,improve the anti-oxidant ability of the liver in organizing.
