外伤性脑室出血56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结外伤性脑室出血的治疗经验。方法分析我院收治的56例外伤性脑室出血病历资料,均行手术、尿激酶冲洗和单纯保守治疗等处理。结果死亡12例,植物生存1例,重残10例,轻残11例,痊愈22例。结论根据外伤性脑室出血的分型和合并伤情况采取不同的治疗方法,并加强原发脑损伤和合并伤的处理,积极预防并发症,可提高患者生存率。Objective To summarize the treatment of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods 56 patients with traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage were restropectivly analyzed. Results There were 9 primary traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage and 47 secondary traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage. 12 cases were dead 1 case was in vegetative state. 10 cases were severely disabled. 22 cases were full recovery. Conclusion It can improve the survival rate of patients with traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage to strengthen the treatment of primary brain damage and combined injuries, prevent complications.
