摘　　要：目的探讨慢性硬膜下血肿(Chronic Subdural Hematomas,CSDH)的开槽引流术式。方法回顾分析152例CDSH患者经开槽引流术治疗的临床资料。结果经该术式治疗152例患者全部治愈,术后出现并发症少。结论开槽引流术治疗CDSH创伤小,时间短,恢复快,费用低,并发症少。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of drainage for chronic subdural hematomas（CSDH） by skull slot.Methods 152 patients with CSDH were treated with drainage by skull slot and retrospectively reviewed.Results All of the 152 cases were cured and postoperative complications were rare.Conclusions The treatment of CSDH by drainage through skull slot has many merits such as minimal invasion,short operation time,faster recover,lower cost of hospitalization and rarely complications.
