摘　　要：目的探讨曲马多PCIA在儿童腭裂手术后镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法选择66例行腭裂修补术的儿童随机分为3组,T组(曲马多组)、F组(芬太尼组)和P组(安慰剂组)。记录疼痛评分、镇静评分、PCA有效按压次数、不良反应发生率。结果T组和F组都取得了良好的镇痛效果,P组镇痛效果差。T组2h镇静评分优于F组。结论曲马多PCIA在儿童腭裂术后镇痛是有效且安全的。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the analgesic efficiency and safety of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia（PCIA）effects with trarnadol on post-operation of palatognathus in children. Method 66 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, including T group（tramadol group）,F group（fentanyl group）and P group（placebo group）. Pain degree, analgesic score, the effective number of PCA and side effects were recorded. Results T and F groups showed good pain relief. In group T, analgesic score were lower than that in F groups at 2 h. Conclusion It is effectiveand safe to control PCIA effects with trarnadol on post-operation of palatognathus in children.
