摘　　要：本文围绕船舶企业钢材进、切、存生产管理过程,介绍FastCAM公司在数字化造船和钢材零库存管理方面的研发成果和应用案例,包括在船体建模放样后的无纸化数据转换技术、零件BOM表生产数据管理,订板定尺预套料申购管理,优化套料与高效切割,以及钢材存储管理与余料重复利用,在钢材采购和切割下料生产过程实现数字化敏捷造船和钢材零库存的信息化管理,以有效降低钢材库存,节省财务费用,有效节省钢材,提高切割生产效率。the article is focus on steel purchasing, nesting/cutting, and stocking process in shipbuilding enterprise, introducing FastCAM technology and software management system applied in numeric production and zero steel stock management format, including no-paper data transfer ~n ship design, BOM for parts cutting production, predictive nesting for purchasing steel, optimizing nesting and effective cutting, steel and remnant management, realizing MES in production and zero steel management in order to decrease stock, save financial cost and steel, increase productivity.
