呼叫器及遥控器污染调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我院呼叫器及遥控器的污染情况。方法:原则上每个临床科室随机采样1个呼叫器和1个遥控器,按物品和环境表面监测方法进行,共采集样本52例。结果:呼叫器细菌培养阳性率为88.46%,遥控器细菌培养阳性率为80.77%。污染的菌种为表皮葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、产酸克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、粘质沙雷菌、异型枸椽酸杆菌等。结论:呼叫器和遥控器污染严重,除皮肤上常见菌丛,还有医院感染的主要细菌-革兰氏阴性菌,应加强呼叫器及遥控器的清洁消毒,预防医院感染发生。Objective：To investigate the pollution status of call lights and remote controls.Methods：In principle,every clinical department sampled one call light and remote control randomly,according to the monitoring method for the surfaces of items and environments,in all 52 samples were collected.Results：The call lights positive rate of bacterial culture was 88.46% and the remote controls positive rate of bacterial culture was 80.77%.Contaminating microbial strain included staphylococcus epidermidis,bacillus subtilis, klebsiella oxytoca, acinetobacter baumannii, serratia marcescens and heterogeneous citrate bacillus, etc. Conclusion：Call lights and remote controls had been badly polluted. Apart fi＇om the skin common flora, gram - negative bacillus which can easily cause nosocomial infection was also included, so disinfection of call lights and remote controls should be enhanced to prevent the nosocomial infection.
