摘  要:目的:探讨噪声对胎鼠肺SP-B mRNA的影响。方法:Wistar孕鼠随机分为90dB组、75dB组和正常组,实验组孕鼠每日接受噪声刺激2h。孕7、14、19、21天采孕鼠血,RIA法测血清皮质酮水平;取孕19、21天胎鼠称重后取肺脏,RT-PCR法测胎肺SP-B mRNA表达水平。结果:随着噪声强度的增加、作用时间的延长,实验组孕鼠的血清皮质酮水平逐渐增加,胎鼠体重逐渐下降,胎肺SP-B mRNA表达水平逐渐下降,各组间比较差别有统计学意义。结论:大鼠孕期噪声暴露后,机体产生的皮质酮水平升高,可以导致胎鼠宫内发育迟缓(IUGR),胎肺发育不成熟,上述不良影响程度与噪声呈强度-效应、时间-效应关系,与机体产生的皮质酮呈浓度-效应关系。Objective:To study the effect of noise on the expression of SP-B mRNA of fetal rats lung.Methods:Wistar pregnant rats were put into 90dB(A),75dB(A) and control groups randomly.The experimental groups were given 90dB,75dB noise exposure 2 hours a day from gestational day 1st.At gestational day 7th,14th,19th,21st,the blood was got from the heart and the level of plasma corticosterone(Cor) of pregnant rats was tested by RIA.On gestational day 19th and 21st,the fetal rats were weighted and parts of lung were cut to test the expression of SP-B mRNA by RT-PCR.Results:With the increasing of noise intension and time,the experimental fetal rats' weight were decreasing,the expression of SP-B mRNA in experimental fetal lung were decreasing.The differences of data in every groups were significant.Conclusion:With the increasing of noise intension and time,intrauterine growth retardation is happened,and the lung of IUGR is immature.There are intension-effect and time-effect relationship between these effects and noise;concentration-effect relationship between these effects and the plasma Cor.
