摘 要:功率放大器作为主动电磁轴承中的关键环节,其控制方式和控制性能对主动电磁轴承的性能有着极大的影响。目前使用较多的是电流控制型功率放大器,但其存在着电流与电磁力的关系依赖材料的电磁特性、负的开环刚度等问题。在分析磁通控制型功率放大器的工作原理和结构的基础上,提出了一种基于磁通观测器的磁通控制型功率放大器。利用磁通控制型功率放大器的状态方程,建立了线性化的数学模型。根据该数学模型,得到了磁通控制型功率放大器的力增益和开环刚度,并与电流控制型功率放大器进行比较分析。在一个单自由度磁悬浮悬梁实验系统上对磁通控制型功率放大器的可行性和理论分析结果进行了验证。A power amplifier is the key aspect of an active magnetic bearing (AMB) system. Its control mode and performance have a great effect on the behavior of active magnetic bearing system. Currently the control mode of the power amplifier frequently used in the AMB system is the current control mode, but there are some problems, such as the relationship between current and electromagnetic force depends on the electromagnetic properties of materials, the open-loop stiffness is negative, etc. The work principle and structure of a flux control power amplifier were analyzed and a flux control power amplifier based on a flux observer was proposed. Using the state equations of the flux control power amplifier, a linear mathematical model was set up. According to the model, the force gain and the open-loop stiffness of the flux control power amplifier were obtained and compared with those of the current control power amplifier. A single-degree- of-freedom cantilevered beam experiment based on d-SPACE was built up to verify the feasibility of flux control power amplifier and the results of theoretical analysis.
