摘  要:在大量现场试验的基础上,研究了振荡压路机主要工作参数对压实效果的影响,并对振荡压路机、高频振动压路机和振荡压实样机在沥青混合料的压实效果方面进行了对比分析。研究和试验结果表明:与最大压实度所对应的振荡压实最佳激振频率的变化范围是很窄的,被碾压材料所能达到的密实度的大小,与其能够吸收的有效压实功大小有关,当被碾压材料所能吸收的能量达到饱和状态时,继续碾压无助于压实材料密实度的提高,并会使振荡轮施加给被碾压材料的压实功全部转化为滑转损失。On the basis of a lot of site tests, the main compaction parameters influencing the compaction effect of oscillatory roller are studied. The comparison of compaction effect between oscillatory roller and high frequency vibratory roller as well as oscillatory compaction sample machine on asphalt mixing materials is analyzed. The research and test results show that it is very small for the charge range of the optimal excited frequency corresponding to the maximum compaction degree. The reached degree of compaction of compacted materials has relitionship with the effective compaction power absorbed by compacted materials. When the energy absorbed by compacted materials achieves saturation, more compaction not only does not help to increase the degree of compaction of compacted materials, but also can transfer completely compaction power transmitted by oscillatory drum to compacted materials into slip-rotation loss.
