摘　　要：本文选取24项测量指标反映我国区域中小企业发展支持力度,采用量表问卷的形式收集基础评价数据,运用主成分分析方法对构成样本的10个省份的中小企业发展支持力度进行综合评价排序,运用Q型聚类分析方法进行分类。同时,在分析中小企业发展支持力度的区域差异性及其原因的基础上,提出了完善我国中小企业发展支持体系的战略思路,以及转变政府职能、改善融资环境、重视技术创新、改进产业组织和加强社会服务的政策建议。In this paper, the author selected 24 measurement indicators to reflect the level of regional support for SME development, and used questionnaires to collect evaluation data, and used principal component analysis methods to evaluation the strength of support for a sample of 10 provinces＇ SME development and to sequence, and used Q - cluster analysis method to classify, the authors analyzed the regional differences of the strength of support for SME development and the reasons of differences, and put forward a perfect support system for SME development in China＇ s strategic thinking, and the policy recommendations of transformation of government functions, improving the financing environment, attaching importance to technological innovation, improving strengthening of social services.
