摘 要:玉米雄性不育化杂交种由于出现种子混杂以及管理失误造成产量的减低与失收,未能实现大面积的推广。介绍了我国利用雄性不育化杂交育种的情况,探讨了雄性不育化杂交种实践应用价值,明确了雄性不育化杂交种育性稳定、技术匹配可靠及高产特性,阐明雄性不育化制种可以取得纯净、整齐一致的种子,而管理具有突出的重要性。因此,应用雄性不育化杂交种,不但有增产的趋势,而且可以降低生产成本增加经济效益。The male sterile hybrid maize failed to achieve large area extension, due to its yield reduction resulted from seed intermix and mismanagement. This paper introduced the research on the male sterile hybrid maize in China, discussed its applying value in male sterile hybridization, defined fertility stability, technological reliability and high yielding characteristics of male sterile hybrid maize, expounded that male sterile could produce pure and unified seed, and highlighted the importance of management. Therefore, the application of male sterile hybridization can not only have the potential of increasing yield, but also enhance economic efficiency and reduce production cost.
