摘  要:采用盆栽实验,研究镉浓度12 mg/kg处理对15种基因型花生籽仁产量、镉含量和品质的影响及种间的差异。结果表明,花生基因型间产量和品质存在显著差异性。镉处理下,花生籽仁中镉含量与对照组(CK)存在极显著差异,基因型间镉积累量也存在显著差异。镉处理后不同基因型花生蛋白质含量发生变化,但对花生产量和主要脂肪酸含量影响不显著,所有镉处理后花生籽仁镉含量均已超标,不能直接被食用。通过本次研究得出,基因型XD011是镉低富集品种,且具有相对较强的耐镉性。Pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of 12 mg/kg cadmium treatment on yields, Cd contents and seed quality of fifteen peanut genotypes (Arachis hypogaea L. ). The results indicated that the yield and quality had significant differences within genotypes. The Cd contents in seeds after Cd treatment differed significantly not only from control group, but also between different genotypes. The seed protein contents of different peanut genotypes varied after Cd treatment, but the yield and unsaturated fatty acid contents changed a little. The Cd contents of all peanut seeds after Cd treatment in this research exceeded the standard. They were not edible. It was concluded that XD011 was the strongest Cd-tolerant genotype among all the tested fifteen peanut genotypes.
