摘　　要：建设政府信息资源共享空间是知识经济时代的政府社会管理和公共服务改革对政府信息资源服务创新的要求。在分析政府信息资源共享空间的建设意义和构成基础上,阐述了政府信息资源共享空间是新时代政府社会管理和公共服务改革的产物及建立政府信息资源委托机制的可行性。强调政府信息资源共享空间是从信息服务走向知识服务的创新服务模式,知识服务是建设的核心内容。constructing the government information resources. Commons is the demand of government community administration and common service reformation to its service innovation in information economy age. Based on the analysis of its construction significance and composition, this article expounds the feasibility of establishing government information resources depository mechanism in the new era. Emphasis is placed on the innovation service pattern from information service to knowledge service is the core content of its construction.
