摘　　要：在未来战争中,信息逐步成为影响作战的主导因素,占有信息优势就拥有军事上的主动权。围绕信息优势展开讨论,论述信息优势的概念和作用方式,构建信息管理与信息优势的联系,认为通过实施信息管理有利于发挥资源配置和整合优势。介绍美军在实施信息管理方面的主要举措,分析我军实施信息管理的障碍因素,并提出我军有效运用信息管理构建信息优势的几点想法。In the future wars, information will gradually become the dominant factor in battlefields, whoever control information superiority will have the military initiative and will win the future wars . The paper mainly talks about the information superiority, including information superiority＇ s definition and effects, the relation- ship between information management and information superiority, and also thinks information management benefits for the resource allocation and integration. Finally, based on some experience of information management of US army, the paper points out the disadvantage of our army in adopt information management and give some advice to our army.
