摘　　要：目的:对《美国药典》收录的3种紫锥菊的根进行显微鉴别研究。方法:分别对狭叶紫锥菊Echinacea angustifo-lia,淡果紫锥菊E.pallida和紫锥菊E.purpurea的根横切面和粉末进行显微观察,并对其主要鉴别特征拍照。结果:3种紫锥菊的根横切和粉末特征基本相似,同时也具备显著性差别,其显微特征可作为西草药研究的生药学鉴定依据。Objective： To make microscopic identification research of three Echinacea-species roots recorded in the United States Pharmacopeia. Method： The root transverse section and powder of E. angustifolia, E. pallida, and E. purpurea were observed. The main microscopic features were photographed. Result： The main microscopic features of transverse section and powder in three Echinacea-species roots are basically similar, except for some diagnostic differences. The results provide reliable reference for the authentication of raw materials of western herbal studies.
