摘　　要：目的:研究腺梗豨莶Siegesbeckia pubescens中二萜类的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶和反相硅胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过IR,MS,NMR等谱学方法确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定出4个化合物,分别为15,16-异亚丙基-豨莶苷(15,16-isopropylidene-darutoside,1),豨莶精醇(darutigenol,2),豨莶苷(darutoside,3),豆甾-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid,4)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。Objective： To study the components in aerial part of Siegesbeckia pubescens, Method： The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, sephadex LH-20 and other column chromatography. Structures were elucidated by spectroScopic methods. Result： Four compounds were isolated from S. pubescens and were characterized as dimethyl-21-ethenetylene-darutigenol-3-O-β- D-glucopyranosid （ 1 ）, darutigenol （2）, darutoside （3）, stigmaster-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid （4）. Conclusion： Compound 1 is a new compound.
